The challenge that we face is that the cost of running a Youth Conference continues to increase, even compared with 10 years ago we’ve seen significant rises in the cost of accommodation, logistics and equipment and all of this directly impacts a young person’s ability to attend the Conference. What we want to create is a Youth Conference that is as accessible as possible.

The majority of the cost of the Youth Conference is composed of accomodation, meals, and logistics (flights, bus transfers etc). The fundraising effort will be to reduce the costs of these core conference activities.

If you would like the money you donate to be utilised for a specific aspect of Conference (e.g. keynote speaker flights, printing study notes etc.) please contact us here after making a donation?

Young people must be aged 16 or over at the commencement of the Youth Conference (April 15th, 2023). Young people must also be born in 1991 or later in order to attend.

Brother Stephen Macfarlane from the Book Road Ecclesia in Ontario Canada will lead our keynote studies at the Conference, God willing.
